That was the most intense posting yet. I think for all of us who DIDN'T experience the 'Hell' of war, we should be eternally grateful and we should also thank and respect those who DID!
Looking at the World today, it seems to me that we've learnt NOTHING. Whilst we all must acknowledge advances in medicine, education and to a degree health it seems that we still don't understand the basics- life for EVERYONE should offer dignity, hope and above all peace. Maybe we will learn one day, but I suspect that it will only happen when a new life form takes over from mankind.
Nice work though Stew and I sincerely hope that you manage to close that box again and get some well deserved peace. M
